Seeking a Web Developer Support Lead. This person doesn't need to have lead or management experience, but they have a vision for this person to grow into a lead over the support team.
Develops websites and intranet applications. Provide solutions to software customer requested enhancements and
reported defects by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Works with Business Analyst on requirements for features and enhancement requests and determines development
Develops new, and enhances existing applications in a collaborative, structured and continuous integration
Adheres to SOLID, DRY and SOA principles in design and applying solutions for both features and defects.
Performs analysis and triage of application and operational issues associated with internal and external web
Provides technical support levels one through four for web applications.
Performs various coding and programming tasks, such as maintenance and development of web front-end, backend
web-based applications, and web services.
Creates unit tests to facilitate automation of build verification.
Uses development technologies such as the Microsoft .NET framework, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL and C#.Net.
Understands Agile development and capable of managing Scrum or Kanban boards.
Communicates updates on application issues to internal customers from diagnosis through resolution and closure.
Interfaces and communicates with internal and external teams as needed.
Works with the Director but also exercises own judgment on defect prioritization.
Documents code, participates in peer reviews, participates in and works closely with QA to ensure high quality
Works as a pro-active self-starter and can grow into a leadership role.
Develops a high level of knowledge of the application and customer job functions/workflows.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities, but is expected as the company and Development team grow

Web API/RESTFUL Services, JSON, SOAP, XML and Microsoft Visual Studio.
1 to 4 Years hands on experience with Microsoft.NET technologies (including MVC, C# and Microsoft Visual Studio).
1 to 4 years hands on experience working with MS SQL Server, including development and design using SQL and TSQL.
Familiar with ASP.Net development
1 or more years of experience with web site and data server operations is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with continuous integration is a plus.
Experience working with the Atlassian suite of ALM and build tools is a plus (JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence)
Knowledge and experience with source control and configuration management tools is a plus.
