Compensation: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year

Robert Half HR Services is currently recruiting for a Vice President of Human Resources for a dynamic global organization in the Metro Atlanta area. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Human Resource, the Vice President of Human Resources will be a key liaison and Sr Business Partner to leadership and employees. This will include delivering HR Initiatives, programs and processes to the business including performance management, compensation and headcount planning, talent review and succession planning. The Vice President of Human Resources will manage a team of up to 10 direct reports supporting an employee population of 1500+ employees. 10+ years of experience as a Sr HR Leader, a Masters degree in human resources, and HR certifications a plus.
