In this role, the Vice President of Accounting and Finance will be critical in planning and directing all accounting and operational functions including handling of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems, and lead departmental staff. Responsibilities of Vice President of Accounting and Finance: - BS in Accounting, Finance, - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, Controller/VP Experience - Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills - Supervising experience - P L Calculation experience - Deep understanding of budget forecasting - Strategic planning experience - Solid understanding of financial reporting - Outstanding technology, analytics and management experience required - Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations - Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment - Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred
