VP of Business Development - Max 225K

Job Description

A global software development company is looking to hire VP level business expert with a consultative experience, empowering management approach to work in the areas of strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management.

He/she will also be responsible for the management of sales support materials and building relationships with clients. The right candidate for this position would possess a business- mindset with innovation consulting background.

Responsibilities:
•Lead, build & motivate a world class team of engineers & developers - designing and implementing new functionality, as well as improving existing products and services
•Build comprehensive digital marketing business plans for our partners and affiliates, including identifying, incubating, and bringing to market value added, repeatable partner service and solution offerings to support their enterprise needs
•Generate new sales opportunity for the shared services team while fostering a trusting relationship with clients and delivering business value.
•Work cross functionally across engineering, operations, and internal and external business partner teams to deliver highly scalable and reliable customer experience services
•Architect and deliver a strong development process that ensures high quality and business agility
