VP/Director of Sales and Marketing

VP/Sales and Marketing Director role to help grow business for a Seattle based company that imports wholesale Woodworking and Metalworking power tools among other products. Relocation assistance is available for a candidate willing to make their home base in the Seattle area.

•Reporting to the CEO and serves as a critical member of the senior leadership team
•Must have industry experience with Wood working and/or Metal power tools
•Must have Wholesale sales experience; preferably
•Ideal candidate is in the Seattle area or willing to relocate to Seattle area
•Proven Sales leadership results
•Understands what motivates customer to buy
•Creates effective sales strategies and can teach and implement them
•Competitive and financially motivated
•Salary range $150K-180K DOE
•Experienced leader who can develop a team of sales managers
•Proven ability to develop relationships working with distributors and brokers
•Produces top line results brand awareness, recognition and expansion efforts that will lead to increased online and retail sales
