Design,plan, implement, coordinate and/or present corporate training programs inaccordance with current Hilton requirements including harassment-freeworkplace, diversity, new team member orientation, communication, compliance,trainer certification, leadership and service series and other related trainingto meet specific departmental needs. Launchand oversee the Kulea Ika Nuu Team Member Development Program. Partner withlocal schools to facilitate the Educational Institute Site Vists, along withKeiki Career Day and Youth in Hospitality. Conduct meetings with departmentmanagers, trainers and employees to review performance trends, develop actionplans and give recognition.
Analyzecurrent training needs for the hotel, departments and individuals and makerecommendations as needed. Develops or researches training for specific hotelneeds. Develop annual training calendar. Compile monthly and quarterly reportsof training activity. Track compliance in Hilton Univerity Tracking. Ensure compliance with yearly QA Audits.
Cross collaboratewith QA and Employee Relations Managers with supporting other HR initiativesand assist with effecting, I am offered developmental opportunities to assistmy career. Ensure the tracking, inputting, maintaining and auditing of allindividual employee training records including orientation records for new andexisting employees in a computer system.
