Our Customer, a leading Health Care Provider is currently modernizing their entire telephony platform. Over the years they have acquired various hospitals and locations which has created some inconsistencies regarding the various platforms and versions of their phone systems. As a result, they are going through a large standardization effort and migrating.
This resource will need to have managed projects and be familiar with Call Center set up, contact center, remote agents, call recording/screening, integration into medical record systems etc.
MUST HAVE SKILL SETS:
1) Strong experience (5 Years) in IT Project Management dealing with multiple medium to large scale Telephony projects.
2) Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.)
3) Demonstrated understanding of managing telephony projects related Cisco Phone systems, ie. call center setup, contact center, remote agents, call recording/screening, etc.
