Technical Program Manager

Technical Project Manager needed near Irvine, CA (Direct Hire) [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] MUST HAVE SKILLS: (top 3-5) 1. Excellent leadership, financial management, communication, running the mechanics, reporting, governance, innovative and also dive into projects 2. Each project should have an credible engineering lead and this person will help manage risks, constructing project plans in an AGILE manger, run raids and adding more rigor around these areas - Java or .Net (Will not be coding but appreciates software and how it is built) - Agile methodology - Cloud native technologies, data lakes, ETL, business intelligence and reference data through to developer infrastructure. - Process Automation and enhancements - Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and DevOps - Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively - Heads project planning - Shall cooperate closely with the QA Manager, Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Business Analyst - Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice - Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused - Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable - Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic - In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments - Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams - Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments - Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests - Determines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers - Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills - Comprehensive knowledge of Program Management - Candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification will be the best fit for this position. - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - If you are flexible and focused, you can succeed in this position - Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments - Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - You'll do well at this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - This position requires proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools - Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
