Technical Learning Manager

The Creative Group is currently hiring for a Technical Learning Manager for a direct hire position in Marietta. The Technical Learning Manager and Performance Specialist– Leadership Development and Performance Improvement Center, supports the development of First Investors’ leaders by managing the creation, production, and publication of custom content for the organization’s learning management system, corporate university (Leadership Development and Performance Improvement Center). The Technical Learning Manager and Performance Specialist is responsible for identifying performance objectives and learning outcomes utilizing established instructional design models and principles. This includes online curriculum development as well as coaching and training programs for individuals and teams. This individual creates and manages a dashboard for ongoing tracking, measurement and management of the Leadership Development and Performance Improvement Center curriculum. Overall, this role is responsible for the design, development, delivery and measurement of online, blended learning programs and training initiatives in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities. In addition, this position participates in the design and delivery of group workshops and writing policy as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Articulate suite of products, Storyline 2, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field or minimum 10 years of experience in developing and delivering blended learning and development programs within a corporate environment.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and implement blended training programs.
• Experience supporting and coordinating blended training programs to employees at various levels of an organization.
Demonstrated excellent project management skills; ability to approach training initiatives with creativity and flexibility; ability to implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proven experience collaborating with teams and building cross-functional relationships.
• Demonstrated growth mindset: ability to approach training initiatives with creativity, flexibility, and positivity.
• Must exhibit a contagious level of engagement and enthusiasm for learning and development.
Certifications: eLearning, technical instructional design certifications preferred.
