Senior Facilities Manager
The TMX Finance® Family of Companies is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the Facilities and Maintenance team and ensure timely completion of all store maintenance issues. Our Facilities Management Team is essential to ensuring our stores have the environment they need to provide a pleasant and positive customer experience, and to assisting the Construction Team in setting up new stores and store moves. You will use your organizational and time management skills as your keys to success to accurately maintain service records and provide budget reports from our Service Channel. This role collaborates daily with the Construction Team and serves as a vital contributor to the organization.

Manage the Facilities and Maintenance Team to ensure the timely completion of all store maintenance issues.
Utilize the Service Channel to pull budgeting reports and to maintain accurate service records.
Work with department Estimator to troubleshoot, identify scopes, and estimate costs of repair for various maintenance issues.
Communicate responsively and effectively on a regular basis with members of the field/operations and with maintenance service providers.
Develop and maintain negotiations and contracts with contractors for consistent quality service at company approved pricing.
Conduct visits, including stores, warehouse, and corporate offices for inspections as required.
Assist Department Director in monitoring and managing R&M budgets.
Oversee store remodel projects, including disaster management and emergency protocol for stores.
Manage Corporate Facilities personnel/vendors and maintain all corporate facilities to Company standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of experience in a facilities maintenance position, 3-5 years as a manager
- 3+ years of experience with Service Channel
- 8+ years of experience with HVAC
- 8+ years of experience in electrical and/or plumbing maintenance
- Knowledge of construction/facilities repair means, methods, and costs
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues remotely by photos and firsthand accounts
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
