Account Executive/Staffing ManagerCompensation:
Responsibilities include generating consumer demand for company programs through organic search/Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click, mobile responsive, email and texting campaigns and social media channels. Develops and manages company websites, collateral development, program awareness campaigns and creation of educational content. Responsible for market research, effective management of department budget, presentations to the Board of Trustees, involvement in the strategic planning process and in developing and managing to company objectives. The Director has two direct reports: Director, Education Creative Programs, Internet Content Manager Web. The Director manages relationships with outside consultants and interacts regularly with consultants that are managed by other direct reports. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Internet marketing: ? Must have a thorough knowledge of organic search/search engine optimization, Pay-Per-Click campaigns, social media, mobile responsive, and digital outreach email and texting campaigns. ? Proven ability to lead a team of direct reports augmented with consultants covering internet marketing, PPC and internet content creation writers Accountabilities and Objectives ? The position will create and execute plans that align with the Company?s objectives and are consistent with the mission. ? Attainment of the Company?s revenue objectives. ? Attainment of objectives associated with the organization?s educational outreach program initiatives. ? Lead consumer awareness efforts to ensure company programs reach those that can best benefit from them. ? Demonstrated ongoing support of an organizational culture that is consistent with our mission and values. ? Selection and development of staff for the successful execution of operational objectives. ? Overall responsibility for development, implementation and efficient use of expenditures of the Consumer Awareness budget. ? Required: ? The ideal candidate will have held increasingly progressive senior-level marketing positions, specifically with internet marketing, social media, mobile responsive, email and texting programs. ? Results-oriented self-starter who can deliver excellent results. ? Proven track record of initiative and follow-through which has led to quantifiable revenue growth. ? Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills. Must possess a superior strategic thought process and be able to substantiate strategies leading to desired outcomes. ? The ability to effectively work across multi-disciplinary teams is a fundamental principle of the organization. Therefore, there will be a continual emphasis on the integration and coordination of plans and programs across all affected departments. Preferred: ? 10+ years of Executive level experience in a non-profit environment. ? Experience in creating an integrated communication and public awareness strategy is a plus. ? Experience in the personal finance market is a plus EDUCATION Required: ? Undergraduate degree in marketing and/or business discipline Preferred: ?
