Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive responsible for the end-to-end sales experience, from prospecting to close, reporting to our SVP, Commercial. An ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in clinical diagnostic or medical device sales, is comfortable having detailed scientific / clinical conversations, and is passionate about bringing innovative solutions to the healthcare industry at large. Essential duties and responsibilities include:


• Leading our end-to-end sales efforts with esoteric laboratories, from proactive prospecting through contract close and launch

• Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, including R&D, product marketing and others to bring back market feedback in order to continuously iterate on our market message

• Supporting the SVP, Commercial in upselling / growing accounts as we continue to bring innovative solutions to market

• Other duties and tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)

• 10+ years experience selling clinical diagnostic or medical devices into the healthcare buyer ecosystem (with a focus on labs in particular)

• Demonstrated track record of top sales performance in your current / previous role(s)

• Comfortable having scientific / clinical conversations

• Self-starter who works well with ambiguity and uncertainty

• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and consultative selling with customers, as well as a team-first mentality with your colleagues

• Attention to detail – tracking and managing your progress within our CRM

• Passionate about transforming the healthcare industry

• Bonus points for having worked in an early-stage environment before
