1. Expert-level Cisco voice experience (not just support; must have in-depth experience of the back-end of voice and have been involved in enterprise rollouts of Cisco voice solutions)
2. Cisco Voice (UCCM, Unity, Expressway, etc.) - need to have led or been involved with the rollout/implementation of these products
3. Ability to make design/solutions-level recommendations
This company is seeking a Sr. Cisco Voice Engineer to join their team. This resource will function as their senior-level escalation point for all advanced voice back-end troubleshooting as well as lead several critical, enterprise-wide projects.
Near-term, critical projects this resource will help lead are related to the integration of a recently-purchased operating company whose voice infrastructure is currently on Avaya solutions. This company needs to effectively integrate this company's voice infrastructure and get them stood up on Cisco Unity and Cisco Expressway.
