Description:

1) Have the ability to negotiate a Subcontract and pricing

2) Identify SOW expectations and be able to assist end-user with development of this form or be able to write one for the requestor

3) Absorbs guidance promptly and can logically apply minimum best practice throughout the Order process

4) Works well independently

5) Can propose any alternatives to drive an expedited experience (think quickly outside the box)



Top Skills Details:

1) 3 to 5 years of CPSR Subcontracts

2) Negotiate a Subcontract and pricing

3) Full, cradle-to-grave Subcontracts experience; support pre-award (proposal phase) through contract closeout



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Reviews service request in order to determine the appropriate Purchase Type (Job-specific Subcontract, Blanket/TO, Purchase Agreement)

• Ensures the appropriate data is captured within the request (SOW, Quote, POC info, Vendor ID, lcats, expectations etc, Cost Type- FFP, T&M, etc)

• Supports New Vendor Onboarding, as the liaison between Sub and our New Vendor Specialist

• Negotiates any redlines, as applicable within related agreement document

• Communicates any system bottlenecks to me, for solutions with the support of our expert and dedicated team of Software Developers (home-grown system still in development)

• Creates a Draft Order for Subcontract Management Review, to include any additional due diligence required by the Sub or internal team, in support of prime contract requirements (COI, Bond, Certified Payroll, etc)

• Issues Order to Subcontractor upon Approval and pushes to Payables accordingly
