Our client is seeking a SALES RECRUITER to assist with sourcing talent across their sales function. The successful individual will have a strong and active network and have the ability to locate and hire those individuals who will not only excel in their specific role but thrive in our dynamic and fast paced culture. They are seeking someone passionate about delighting and exciting potential talent. Responsibilities: Working closely and advising hiring leaders to execute an impactful and scalable recruiting strategy Hiring for 2 primary roles within our sales development organization Drive innovative sourcing strategies to access top talent Develop a constant talent pipeline that can be quickly accessed and engaged Liaise closely with internal functions to ensure a smooth hiring process ? legal, finance, sales strategy, HR and compensation benefits Work towards hiring deadlines

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years experience in Corporate or Agency Recruiting Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: Sales recruiting experience Act as a trusted advisor to your hiring community Ability to influence and advise hiring managers on correct hiring strategies Ability to improve and streamline current work flow processes and procedures to drive maximum efficiencies Proficient utilizing Application Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong relationship building and organizational skills
