Health Care company in Oakland is seeking an Executive full cycle recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience. 1. Meets with senior leadership to identify needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments; writes recruitment strategies, assuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements. 2. Develops and maintains working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members; develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders. 3. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate; participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies. 4. Interviews all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, which includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. 5. Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking software to identify and recruit qualified candidates; create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates; provide information to candidates about AHS and position. 6. Maintains documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required. 7. Manages the sourcing, presentation, selection, reference verification, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting; extends offers of employment to selected candidates. 8. Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates; reviews the hiring manager?s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted. 9. Prepares candidates for interviewing with hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting; manages the scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
