Sr. RPO Recruitment Specialist

.Broadleaf Results has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. RPO Recruitment Specialist in Irving, TX.Job Summary:At Broadleaf, our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team strives to be more than acceptable—we strive to be exceptional. We are currently building RPO programs externally for clients. These programs combine talent, process and technology to deliver high quality recruitment services in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The Lead Recruiter will play a key role in growing our RPO service offering and delivering measurable value to our client. Eventually, this resource could come to lead client RPO engagements. The right candidate will take a leadership role in driving the successful execution of our client’s recruiting strategy. The resource will closely collaborate with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Also, we expect continuous improvement with a focus on delivering exceptional services consistently.The evaluation and selection of talent is one of the most vital functions of our organization. The Lead Recruiter will function as a subject matter expert in the identification and evaluation of talent. The resource will be the face of Broadleaf, directly accountable for representing the company’s employment brand, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and identifying high performing talent. Success will be achieved by maintaining high levels of hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, as stakeholder satisfaction is the primary source of evaluation for our teams. The resource will also develop and drive the activities of three sourcing support resources.Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
  • Develop position-specific sourcing strategy based on consultation with hiring managers. Direct sourcing activities of all support resources.
  • Schedule and conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers for all positions. Establish consistent, strong communication channels with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of enhanced profiles for each position to represent Superior Group well in the marketplace.
  • Maintain a streamlined and efficient hiring process. Hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Evaluate all short list candidates and provide value-added recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Deliver consistent and sufficiently-qualified candidate flow for each assigned position.
  • Manage candidate pipeline process for key positions. Identify, track and categorize top talent for future consideration.
  • Serve as a liaison between Broadleaf, our customer and the candidate pool—must present himself/herself and our business values with professionalism. Represent a strong employment brand by ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain set benchmarks as set forth by Company.
  • Use independent judgment and interviewing skills to select candidates for short list presentation and pipelines.
  • Maintain regular contact with placed candidates and top talent with future potential.
  • Maintain full legal compliance in accordance with OFCCP and EEOC regulations and guidelines. Ensure ATS is consistently up-to-date and that all applicants are reviewed and dispositioned appropriately.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Other Duties:
  • Engage in community relations through frequent contact and branch activities.
  • Train and mentor other staff, where appropriate.
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO quality policies and procedures.
  • Submit periodic reports to management, as requested.
  • Various other administrative and supervisory duties, as directed by Company.
  • Job Requirements

    .Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 1 year of college coursework plus three years of relevant work experience
  • 4 years of experience in technical staffing industry or corporate environment
  • 1 year of experience with MS Word and Excel and a working knowledge of online recruiting

  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Must present a positive and professional image.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business.
  • Additional Information:
