Sr. Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will play a formative role in our rapidly expanding consumer engagement solutions. Leveraging a big data platform, SalesForce/CRM tools, redictive analytics, and marketing tools such as digital outreach and call centers, this role will be the nexus of planning and executing the product strategy across the entire product lifecycle. This person will work on a team of product managers and work closely with the engineering, professional services, sales teams, and technology partners to ensure we have a roadmap and backlog that fits the market needs and exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Know Your Customers
•Integrate direct buyer and user feedback with input from sales, marketing, consulting, research teams and your domain expertise to define a distinctive product vision.
•Be vigilant of competitive threats and the impact on distinctive value and positioning.
•Speak with and interview users to understand their business, workflows, pain points, and opportunities marry what’s on the road map with their needs
2. Lead The Team
•Work with other product managers and the engineering team to translate the product vision into a roadmap and backlog that balances internal and external needs with available resources.
•Ensure market messaging and demonstrations are consistent with product functionality and highlights distinctive value proposition(s)
•Participate in the Agile software development process across multiple engineering teams in the product manager/product owner role and ensure that the engineering teams understand the immediate and future priorities for the product
•Partner with our user experience designers to conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct product requirements (user stories, annotated wireframes, etc.)
3. Measure Performance
•Pursue a data driven approach for measuring product effectiveness and continually work toward improving the tangible and sustained value proposition we deliver to our customers
•Communicate progress against the roadmap and associated KPIs to executive leadership, cross-functional peers, and, where appropriate, customers
4. Team Support
•Work closely with consulting and professional to manage high-value customer relationships
•Provide product and market expertise in support of sales pursuits from RFI/P responses to virtual and on-site visits and contract finalization.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience
•8+ years of professional experience preferably in Healthcare Call Centers, Contact Centers
•5+ years of practical product management experience
•2+ years integrating with SalesForce products especially Health Cloud, and/or Service Cloud)
•2+ years of call center technology experience like CTI, Unified Communications, Event Management, Payment

Education/ Certifications
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Demonstrated success delivering software products to market from ideation to sustaining operation
•Demonstrable understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies
•Ability to lead product discovery work as well as to boil down market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
•5+ years of enterprise software product management experience with a consumer engagement, call center technology, and/or healthcare focused product
•Prior experience in the health care and/or consumer marketing
•Prior experience with call center technologies especially in Healthcare
•Prior Client Facing/Consulting/Sales Support experience is a BIG Plus
•Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, informatics, business or health care-related field a plus
•Demonstrable deep analytic orientation
•Ability manage a complex array of internal and external stakeholders Ability to be deal comfortably with ambiguity and uncertainty
•Experience with product management of enterprise-scale analytics software
•Proven ability to function in a highly matrixed organization
•Proven ability to lead and motivate a cross-disciplinary team
•Demonstrated advanced problem-solving abilities and out-of-the box thinking
•Demonstrated passion for technology and innovation
•Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proven track record managing and mentoring more junior product managers

Travel Requirements: Up to 70% travel
