Finance Business Analyst ? Agricultural Industry Our well-established Agricultural company in Central Washington is looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to add to this dynamic and solid company. About this Job: The purpose of this role is to provide strategic and operational finance business partner support to this company. The Finance Business Analyst will cooperate with other location functions and sites to contribute to efficiency, simplification, harmonization, and clarity on key financial drivers and impacts. Essential Duties Responsibilities: ? Lead management reporting for this company, including business performance review meetings, highlighting variances against plans and steps to mitigate adverse variances. Ensure findings are communicated appropriately and identified actions are monitored and followed-up on. ? Ensure that business decisions are supported by robust, timely financial analysis, driving the effective and efficient delivery of business goals. ? Act as Finance contact for capital expenditures and support the Business leaders in elaborating, submitting and implementing capital projects. ? Pro-actively coordinate key financial analysis and planning processes (Latest Outlook, Latest Estimate, Budget). ? Support and drive forward the compliance agenda for the company, promote a compliance mindset and culture and ensure appropriate controls are in place and monitored. ? Set costing assumptions for the company in cooperation with other regions and functions including updates and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOMs), recipes and cost allocations. ? Support delivery of the business unit strategy through active participation and analytical expertise in operational excellence initiatives. ? Train business stakeholders on finance matters as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: ? Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. ? 7+ years of experience in Controlling or Management Accounting. ? Experience in supply chain finance. ? SOX and financial compliance. ? Strong computer skills including proficiency in SAP (or another larger ERP system) and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel competencies. ? Experience working with cross functional teams and ability to work with all levels of the organization. ? Business facing experience working within a multinational matrix organization. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels and geographies of the organization. ? Ability to use analytical and business case development skills to identify and drive process improvement. ? Understanding of Vegetables business and global supply chain management is a plus.
