? Prepares ad-hoc management reports and financial analysis ? Prepares complete and accurate monthly financial statements in accordance with format and time frame requirements ? Reconciles general ledger accounts ? Provides a timely daily operating control (DOC) and keeps the senior management informed about trends ? Prints monthly journals, schedules, and general ledger ? Closes month by processing accounting month-end ? Assists in completion of annual review/audit ? Ensures compliance with all government regulations ? Compiles information and prepares ad-hoc reports as requested by senior management ? Maintains a professional appearance ? Attends Managers meetings as requested ? Must have Advanced Excel skills ? Past Auditing experience a plus ? CPA preferred ? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
