Collect data and report on over 5k US employees ? Perform market surveys and analyze data ? Review compensation structures and impact of strategic internal changes ? Document processes and procedures The Sr. Compensation Analyst should have the following qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree is required ? 3+ years of progressive experience as a Compensation Analyst ? Advanced Excel skills ?
