Social Business Manager - Community Manager - Focus Social Listening & Analytics

Job Description

.SDI is looking for a Social Business Manager - Community Manager - Focus Social Listening & Analytics for a 12 months ongoing contract for our client located in Austin, TX.
  • The Social team is looking to hire a social listening and analytics specialist who will be responsible for monitoring and tracking in-market organic and paid social activity and cover a wide range of responsibilities related to data and analytics.
  • This role would actively monitor real-time feeds across the business unit to provide actionable insights to the team and influence channel content, responsiveness and overall client experience.
  • To succeed, the candidate must be dedicated to researching, identifying and executing best practices that connect social media tactics to team objectives.
  • Looking for someone who lives and breathes numbers, enjoys building out dashboards and reports, and can analyze data to make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build listening queries that monitor social conversations happening around key topics
  • Create listening reports for stakeholders that clearly showcase key topics and audience trends
  • Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success
  • Analyze effectiveness of social content in driving engagement on social or on client domain (e.g. click-through and bounce rates to white paper content)
  • Report on web traffic and study downloads from all social media
  • Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  • Work with Strategy team to develop and maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase engagement and downloads
  • Coordinate with the Social Strategist and Content Manager to design social campaigns
  • Design reporting/analytical model that provides ability to measure and optimize a social content strategy
  • Enable immediate social team members, our internal stakeholders and leaders on how to use data for content optimization
  • Implement social listening tactics to grow an engaged and active social network audience
  • Provide social media training and ongoing coaching to key team members
  • Job Requirements

    .Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience:
  • Social management and analytics tools
  • Ability to apply data-driven approaches to describe, predict and improve marketing performance
  • Ability to analyze, present and apply data both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Business experience with social networking platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university and 1-3 years’ experience in social analytics, data science or complimentary data analysis field
  • Social experience in the Cloud and Analytics space
  • Sprinklr experience is ideal
  • Teach others how to analyze, present and apply data both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Demonstrated ability to research, learn and communicate about emerging social trends and technologies
  • Demonstrated success activating social programs, specifically with results for social engagement and target audience growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to explain a position on an issue with confidence and data to support view
