Service Level Manager

My client is a premier technology service provider that delivers military-strength data security, innovative solutions, and a best-in-class customer support experience to enable mission readiness and success for the most critical applications. M client's enterprise data centers serve millions of users around the world, supporting system environment needs for organizations throughout the Joint Forces, Department of Defense, and Army.

M client current looking for a Service Level Manager. This individual will be supporting customers that my client has already obtained. This individual Provides full life cycle support including documentation, project management and customer relationship management for hosted customers at my client.

Top Skills:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in IT environment
  2. Must have great customer skills, some technical background
  3. ITIL knowledge and requirements gathering

This is a great opportunity to work in a large enterprise environment supporting US Army on a long term engagement!
