Senior Social Media Buyer

Position Description:
The Creative Group is looking for Senior Social Media Buyer with experience working with Grocers or Retail Clients to work at our client. We are looking for someone with experience managing multiple accounts for clients.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in digital media buying on multiple native ad platforms including Facebook and YouTube
• Build, execute, and manage social media campaigns based on defined KPIs and best practices
• Strong knowledge and experience on social channels, ad units, targeting options and reporting in detail
• Analyze performance reporting and adjust future campaigns based on findings
• Analyze media trends, assist in the research and implementation of new media strategies
• Work in close collaboration with senior managers
• Advanced MS software skills including Excel and Powerpoint
• Strategic and creative thinking with a strong understanding of statistic models
• Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
• Detail oriented and able to work with multiple clients and projects
• Excellent copy and creative writing skills • Strong people and relationship-building skills
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on client web properties
• Optimize performance through a digital media mix comprised of PPC/paid search, paid social, re-targeting, and display media campaigns
• Test the performance of ad creative, landing page design, beta opportunities, and other campaign elements to improve results
• Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to clients that will improve their digital media ROI
• Manager relationships with multiple vendors, working closely to optimize budget and performance
• Participate in client calls to discuss account performance, interpretation of data, and actionable plans based on findings
• Collaborate cross-channel with other teams to provide client with holistic view of their digital footprint and better understanding of how each channel interacts with each other
• Experience using Google Adwords and Analytics
• Experience with 3rd party management tools, such as Marin, DoubleClick Search etc.

Programs: Strata/View, Google Adwords Google Analytics, Social Media – Facebook, IG DoubleClick Search, Powerpoint, Excel
