Compensation: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

? Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating staffing plans, proactive sourcing strategies, developing sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed upon action plans. ? Proactively drive the hiring process with hiring managers/HR Business Partners and provide regular feedback to Hiring Managers/HR Business Partners on status of recruiting activity and any challenges faced. ? Create compelling job descriptions and job postings to attract desired candidate pool ? Identify innovative talent sourcing channels and drive strategy to proactively build the talent pipeline through personal networks and social networking connections. ? Maintain contact with potential candidates using various communication techniques to keep candidates interested in future Cantel opportunities. ? Deploy and use appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology as well as coach Hiring Managers or Interview Teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. ? Provide company information to candidates and appropriately ?sell? candidates on the value proposition of the Cantel experience. ? Advocate and proactively work towards creating a best-in-class candidate experience. ? Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the recruitment technology. ? Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and reporting in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Education: A four year Bachelors degree along with a minimum of five (5) years relevant recruiting experience required. Experience Skills: ? Demonstrated successful track record in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions required. o Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience o Experience writing effective job descriptions o Experience interpreting job requirements and identifying those requirements in candidate resumes and candidate interactions ? Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches/positions in a fast paced, high volume environment with talent scouting and direct sourcing of candidates. ? HR recruitment practices including but not limited to compensation, mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies required. o Knowledge of OFCCP compliance requirements o Knowledge of applicable HR related federal regulations including EEO ? Experience with social media tools for candidate outreach and recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards etc.) o Experience utilizing social networking tools for recruiting purposes o Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems o Experience creating recruiting and sourcing strategies ? Experience with iCIMs/Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system is preferred. ? Ability to manage projects and build/manage client relationships ? Proactive, detail oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. o Ability to navigate complex business problems and drive solutions across multiple stakeholder groups o Ability to manage competing priorities and drive optimal outcomes o Ability to effectively multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
