Senior Program Control Analyst

Description:

Meet with program management teams to review, update, and report project financial projections and performance (revenue, cost, margin) Act as financial liaison between project teams and corporate leadership Assist program management teams in ad-hoc scenario-based profitability analysis Prepare corporate variance analysis reporting including Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, Year/Year and Ad-Hoc Prepare and/or support various corporate reporting requirements including backlog, utilization, revenue metrics, and ETCs Work with the Accounting department on revenue recognition and accruals/reversals during the monthly and quarterly financial close Work with Program Management and various Indirect Departments in support of the Annual Budget process Perform special projects as needed

-4+ years of program/project control experience within government contracting (forecasting, reporting, analysis) -ERP system knowledge - use Hyperion, open to TM1, Adaptive, other ERPs -Costpoint and intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) experience



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Thorough understanding of project-level finances to include billing and revenue types, direct charges and indirect rates Comprehensive knowledge of pricing, contracting, and business management in the Federal space Ability to work well in a team environment and independently Revenue recognition principles Variance analysis of project profit and loss (P&L) statements Experience with Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos, and Microsoft SharePoint Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems such as TM1, Hyperion, or Adaptive Business Intelligence System Report Writing Experience such as IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Hyperion, or QlikView
