Senior Manager of Digital Product

The Creative Group (TCG) is seeking an innovative, retail / eCommerce experienced, Senior Manager of Digital Product to lead a team of Product Managers in planning and executing a roadmap that supports our strategic business objectives. The Senior Manager oversees the delivery of robust, intuitive features for website systems. Daily Functions:
-Build and lead a team of 3+ world-class Product Managers who are driven to deliver value in an agile, iterative manner
-Understand the organization's strategic objectives and milestone metrics to make sure your team’s product roadmap decisions help achieve those goals
-Develops and implements web development best practices, processes and procedures
-Collaborate with Information Technology (IT), Digital and Marketing to lead a team of product managers and developers to manage web projects to ensure timely delivery
-Identifies, documents and manages project scope changes
-Drive short- and long-term product vision, strategy, goal-setting, and execution for our business systems
-Establish, monitor, and maintain cross-departmental communication about how back-office product work is prioritized and managed, as well as how key metrics are performing
-Help your team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to ensure quality product launches
-Oversees main website capability roadmap from implementation, maintenance and support
-Manages processes and procedures regarding technology applications
-Designs and maintains web-based components and applications to generate sales and profit from web activity as well as drive traffic to brick and mortar locations

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
-SAFe Agile, or equivalent experience
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals
-5+ years Commerce Cloud development
-3+ years management experience
-Relevant experience in modern product management experience in business systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, AB Testing, merchandising)
-Comfortable working with internet-based products
-Passionate about users and their feedback, both good and bad
-Strong love for product design, user experience and keeping things simple
-Enjoy pouring over analytics to find key patterns to improve the product experience
-Design Thinking
-Basic Understanding of Code (HTML5 and CSS)
-Commerce Cloud (Preferred)
-Analytics (Google Analytics)
-Commerce Cloud
