Senior Manager, User Experience (UX)

The Creative Group (TCG) is seeking a Senior Manager, User Experience for a large-scale retail organization to lead a global digital transformation team. This position is responsible for managing the user experience for all of the organization's digital properties. Key Responsibilities:
-Lead a team in developing, optimizing and managing user experience for all branded digital properties
-Define the user experience roadmap, plan and priorities for the product platform
-Work closely with the business leads, product management and the development teams to execute the roadmap
-Create and maintain conversion optimization and user engagement roadmap
-Leverage and optimize current analytical tools, while researching and suggesting new tools
-Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Brand Integrity as well as stakeholders across the organization to identify their business objectives and priorities and ensure alignment with Digital objectives and priorities.
-Manage a fast-paced portfolio of project requests, driving issues to resolution with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction and efficient execution
-Lead the creation of, and evangelize, new user interface guidelines, standards and design patterns
-Ensure adherence to company’s Digital/IT/Branding guidelines, standards, methodologies and frameworks
-Identify new trends and evaluate their value as it pertains to business needs
-Build business cases and communicate plans to senior management
-Oversees, designs and implements website development and maintenance
-Leads team of web/system developers
-Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies

-Acts with honesty and integrity
-Strong fit with organizational culture
