Senior HR Business Partner

Robert Half HR Services is partnering with our Minneapolis based client to identify a critical hire within their human capital team. In this strategic role as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as the key voice for HR to the business and will work in close collaboration with all HR functions to provide effective and efficient support enabling the business to achieve its strategies. This position is a senior level contributor role where you will provide work direction to a HR Business Partner or HR Project Analyst to deliver HR programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy and objectives into the talent and people strategy necessary to deliver business results. Along with deep knowledge within succession and workforce planning, career planning, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, employee engagement, and learning and development. The role will lead organizational change and provide organizational design consultation on large-scale, complex business unit reorganization.
