? Oversee the day-to-day ecommerce operations including order processing, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, reviews, maintenance and site performance. ? Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations. ? Collaborate with Merchandise Planner and Sales Team for accurate seasonal inventory projections. ? Manage product inventory for all sites including weekly reports for ecommerce marketplaces; sync, move and replenish inventory as needed. ? Manage Ecommerce sales reporting and site performance metrics to inform growth strategies. ? Work with Marketing Team to plan out and execute online promotions to maximize growth. ? Develop time and action calendars with proper procedures to ensure all actions are successfully completed and seasonal campaigns are properly project managed. ? Ensure online copy and meta data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines. ? Develop the merchandising strategy and check to ensure the site is well merchandised according to company directives and standards. ? Lead communications both internally with sales planning teams and externally with B2B Ecommerce team members to ensure that all online B2B policies are up to date and followed. ? Work with Operations Team on EDI integrations, returns, warranties, and finance functions.
