Currently looking for a senior recruiter for an engineering company! Looking for 5-8 years of experience in a corporate setting.
Pay: (Depending on Experience) $60,000 - $100,000/year
Location: Natomas, CA
- Partner with management teams to develop, maintain and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of requisitions, from non-exempt to senior leadership level hires.
- Advise hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process and share talent pool insights using data to lead expectations and align attraction strategy.
- Provide excellent ongoing candidate care to all applicants by remaining up to date with all correspondence to candidates in a timely manner.
- Strategic recruitment planning and delivery to all Principals. Work with People Business Partners and assigned Principals to develop a list of critical qualifications needed for their business line and develop a pipeline of future candidates that meet those criteria.
- Determine creative and effective methods to help attract top talent. Be seen as subject matter expert.
