Robert Half Management Resources? Salaried Professional Service is looking for an Assistant Controller to join our consulting practice as a full-time consultant. As a Salaried Professional, you would take on engagements that cover assignments ranging from project work (i.e. systems implementations/integrations, mergers acquisitions, organizational restructuring/reorganization, process improvements, etc.) to traditional staff augmentation. Our Salaried Professionals are full-time employees of Robert Half and assist our client on longer term or mission critical projects. We provide our high level consultants with diversity in job duties and responsibilities while at the same time providing the stability of a full time position and a consistent 40-45 work week. - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in areas such as general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, month year-end close, audit, variance analysis, complex reconciliations, budgeting forecasting, internal reporting, system conversions/implementations, process improvements, process documentation, revenue recognition, fixed assets, full-cycle accounting, knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, internal controls/SOX compliance, etc. - Accounting, Finance or business-related degree required - Certifications preferred, but not required (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.) - Previous public accounting and/or consulting experience preferred, but not required - Advanced Excel skills: Proficiency with v-lookups, pivot tables and other advanced functions - Diverse ERP experience (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Great Plains, Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.) - Commute flexibility
