Reputable company with a large portfolio of apparel brands is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Automation Manager to be responsible for leading the development of the consumer-focused marketing strategy for company's direct-to-consumer sites while also supporting multiple brands. Senior CRM Marketing Automation Manager will play a role in the overall marketing strategy and performance for all brands online, while focusing on driving loyalty, incremental sales and customer advocacy from their new and existing customer base. Senior CRM Marketing Automation Manager should be a champion for creating lifecycle marketing programs that personalize the online experience to the customers? needs ? delivering the right message at the right time in the right channel. Core to the roles? success will be spearheading the management and evolution of their customer loyalty program, driving increased revenue and engagement from the membership base thru varied strategies. This person will need to engage many different departments across the company, including Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment and obtain buy-in on strategies and make sure KPIs are both understood and met. Design customer segmentation strategies and manage the customer lifecycle experience to deliver an outstanding and personalized user experience. Oversee email team and planning process to drive optimization of the email marketing programs. Define and manage the loyalty program including program structure, roadmap, and benefits, as well as partner with IT to build requirements for the technology and infrastructure to support long-term growth. Utilize insights and analysis to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channel performance and overall retention and reactivation. Work with Brand and Creative teams to ensure that consistent, customer-centric, brand messaging comes through in all touchpoints with customer.
