PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
End-user support of Teamcenter unified (v10.1.x/11.1.x), multi-CAD Integrations, Product Data / Change / Document Management, and Workflows in production environments
End-user support of Aras SP11, multi-CAD Integrations, Product Data / Change / Document Management, and Workflows in production environments
Perform root cause analysis, debugging problems with the Teamcenter & Aras environment, and then work with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
Assist ongoing change/ enhancements release management
Effectively adopt ALM tools to manage change management and source controls
Coordinate with Database Administrators, IT Operations teams, customers and software vendors to plan releases as well as schedule and coordinate outages for deployment
Understand, manage and test disaster recovery plans
Manage multiple server environments, configurations and associated change including development, stage and production
Develop and maintain Teamcenter/Aras workflows, overall workflow design and handlers
Coach, train and mentor team members to improve their ability to productively contribute to operations and projects
Drive efficiency initiatives including knowledge management, system administration automation and effective documentation.
Work effectively within teams where other team members may be located throughout the country and influencing others to action who are not direct reports. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages all Product related problems that occur, ensuring that problems are identified, prioritized, and solved as rapidly and efficiently as possible
Ensures all internal and external communications are managed effectively
Works with the IT Enterprise Architecture group to define and manage the infrastructure for the enterprise and identifies major areas of development

Applies enterprise vision to all Hosted Teamcenter and Aras projects
Proactively assists Program Manager in defining direction for future projects
Proactively researches and locates the necessary tools and processes to identify troublesome trends as they develop; analyzes/predicts trends and develops a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring; maintain high service level for the user community
Proactively researches technology trends of the product; identifies and markets applicable uses of the product and it's components
Participates in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost effective
Responsible for determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases. May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer request
Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products. Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
Ensures that the services are available to support all development projects
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to ten percent of the time

5-7 years of related experience in IT including ability to lead disparate teams consisting of customers, vendors, and peer organizations through informal reporting relationships
5-7 Years in depth knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes and tools - 2 & 3D CAD, TeamCenter Engineering, Pro-E, etc or equivalent.
Experience on Teamcenter Application maintenance, configurations and administration on version v10.1.x or 11.1.x
Experience on Aras Application maintenance, configurations and administration on version SP 11 and above
Hands on experience on Teamcenter patches/ upgrades on large scale enterprise-wide users
Preferred experience with Teamcenter CAD integrations: NX Manager, Teamcenter Integration for Solid Edge, Teamcenter Integration for Pro/Engineer, Ideas Manager, Solid Works
Preferred working knowledge of Teamcenter Performance Optimization, monitoring and Functional knowledge of Design
Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Siemens PLM Teamcenter/Aras Development experience on client and Server side (optional, but value added)
Knowledge & Skill in Web technologies - SOA, Web Services, Web/App Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss)
Knowledge in writing queries in Oracle & MySQL
