Job Description

As a Senior Account Director manages high volume or complex accounts. The Senior AD is passionate about creating an extraordinary experience for all stakeholders of recruitment services that align to the client and AGS values. As a Senior Account Director expands and builds upon the key value of a contractual partnership with AGS by providing our clients with insights into latest trends to ensure that our clients grow their measurable competitive advantage through acquisition of talent. The Sr. AD transcends the strategic vision of the organization and the product lines to ensure optimal success and efficiency. The Senior Account Director will be responsible for driving best practice and strive to be an ambassador enhancing and preserving the image of Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction

Responsibilities

  •  Creating and reviewing a strategic account plan in collaboration with client sponsors and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the client. 
  • Identifying expansion opportunities and driving innovation through best practice knowledge share across the team. 
  • Developing initiatives for enhancing the solution including sourcing, talent pool management, selection methodologies, and market intelligence. 
  • Working closely with recruitment leadership to ensure that delivery is aligned to client objectives.
  • Having a comprehensive understanding of the contractual services agreement and provisions including KPIs and SLAs to support commercial decision making and manage out of scope service requests including proposal management where appropriate. 
  • Managing the Profit & Loss to optimize account profitability through careful management of workload balancing. 
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks for AGS and the client. 
  • Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required.


Qualifications
