Pay: $35,000-$38,000 annual/DOE + Benefits & Employee Perks!

Location: Downtown, Portland, OR Branch

Essential Job Functions:
  • Independently manages, establishes, maintains and reviews schedules
  • Responds to schedule changes and client requests
  • Minimizes avoidable overtime through effective scheduling strategies
  • Provides management support for shared services functions including payroll and accounts receivable processes
  • Branch Manager support
  • Employee management and training
  • Client/customer service and interaction
