Salesforce Product Architect/Manager

1.Technology Delivery
a.Oversee the execution of architecture development activities – ensuring that all related activities are achieving Project Milestones.
b.Maximize speed to market by clearly understanding Salesforce’s product roadmap, industry reference architectures, AppExchange offerings and SDLC
c.Determines overall architectural principles, frameworks, and standards
d.Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents
e.Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, product management and operations) to gather requirements and relevant information necessary for documentation
f.Evaluate projects from a technical perspective ensuring appropriate development decisions are executed
g.Facilitate stakeholder-facing technical communication throughout the project to ensure accurate solution design
h.Identifying and evaluating all resource requirements for the project
i.Experienced in waterfall, agile, and full systems development lifecycle.
j.Familiarity with implementing and supporting enterprise solutions (CRM, ERP, etc.)

2.Development
a.Experience with Salesforce implementation and lightning, architectural design, gathering requirements, solutioning, QA reviews, communicating internally with technical staff , and in working closely with the customers
b.Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, React, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
c.Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems
d.Review, edit and update new and existing API documentation
e.Communicate with all stakeholders of the project(s). Ensuring that they are aware of status to timeline, scope and open risks/issues
f.Thrive in the unknown: creatively solve problems with limited input and resources in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

3.Innovation & Process Improvement
a.Inquisitive mind, endless curiosity and passion for learning about customers and new approaches to doing things
b.Maintains a high-level understanding of business process and drivers
c.Work with business owners and assist with identifying and discussing the options available to them to achieve their objectives
d.Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies such as scripting libraries (e.g. React) and ETL/ESB integration tools (e.g. Informatica)
e.Publish process and procedures that are required to establish a highly predictable and repeatable operation.
f.Participates in the development of innovative standards, tools, methodologies, processes, and procedures.
g.Personalize best practices to stakeholders including, but not limited to roadmaps, change management, enterprise collaboration, operational support, and alignment to business strategy.
h.Increase user productivity, reduce TCO and accelerate Salesforce investment payback, by formulating a plan to reduce the number of disparate applications end users access to do their jobs.
i.Analyzes and provides feedback on product strategy
j.Knowledge of process automation, user experience and workflow is a plus
k.Perform all other duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisor(s)

4.Vendor Management:
a.Manage vendor escalations to ensure an adequate outcome to an issue or activity.
b.Develop a partnership with vendors that is predictated on planning, trust and an alignement of goals and objectives.
5.Perform all other duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisor(s)
