Sales Sr. Manager - Cinema brands (326570) Sales, Regular Full-Time, Travel Required 50% # Samsung Electronics America _,Ridgefield Park New Jersey_ Jan 12, 2018 # General Description The North America Display Office is seeking a talented individual with strong industry knowledge to increase of sales of Samsung B2B display products, including Cinema LED, Indoor LED and Digital Signage solutions.

Position Summary:

This position will have thorough understanding of the Cinema customers and the Cinema industry within the US market. Responsible for managing relationships and drive sales revenue to identified key end users in conjunction with our strategic B2B channel partners. This includes maintaining and enhancing the Samsung relationship and product breadth within these identified accounts by;
• Identifying key decision makers along with C level and develop relationships
• Developing and planning account and product strategies
• Negotiate and close opportunities
• Maintain total customer satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities:

Integral to this role is the ability to collaborate with distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations and marketing departments. The overall objective is to drive a greater awareness and acceptance of Samsung’s full product portfolio, including Samsung Cinema LED and Samsung Digital Signage solutions into strategic Cinema Exhibitors, while achieving sales targets across Samsung product categories. Identify, develop, maintain, and leverage key decision maker/ C-level relationships within key strategic end-customers. Manage relationships and drive sales revenue to identified key end users in conjunction with our strategic B2B channel partners. Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations. Develop and maintain partnerships between Samsung and customers through the management of sales process, negotiation of contracts and ongoing technical support relationships. Report on all sales activity and provide assessment of revenue opportunity along with model and unit forecast. Maintain working knowledge of IT B2B products (Samsung Cinema LED, Samsung Indoor LED, Samsung Digital Signage Solutions, and desktop monitors) vertical solutions, and business market trends. Perform long range planning to increase product placement, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results and achievement of assigned sales targets Work independently and travel up to 50% of the time, and must submit detailed weekly and quarterly sales activities # Necessary Skills / Attributes

• Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years of directly related experience is required
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Operational knowledge working on a CRM platform (Salesforce.com)
