Description:

Responsibilities:

To plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively for company projects.

Focus – New project acquisition. Profitably growing customer base and developing new customers.

Managing existing customer commercial relationships.

Overseeing the preparation of customer quotations & related business plans.

Negotiation with customers.

Establishes and maintains sales forecast & performs analysis.

Completes analysis of monthly sales reports.

Conducts sales calls to customers in person, via phone, or web-meeting.

Filing claims with customers for special charges (ie obsolescence, air freight, overtime costs, ect).

Prepares presentations and attends industry trade shows

Top Skills Details:

Sales Management Experience in the automotive/construction vehicle/aerospace industry. Must have experience getting new clients through cold calling/prospecting, needs heavy experience and proof points here. Would like someone at the 7-10 year experience mark in sales, someone who has been in management for 3-5 years. Aftermarket sales experience is a huge plus.



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates sales personnel including performance reviews (currently 1 rep + 2 external reps)

Sales manager will work with the general manager to define sales department structure and staffing.
