Sales Manager

The Creative Group is working with a cutting-edge manufacturer of electronic devices used by recognized artists in the music industry, is looking for a Sales Manager. Reporting to the COO and managing a team of 5-10 sales staff, you will be accountable for hiring and firing as well as insuring that the team meets established sales targets.

Job Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Oversee all Sales programs to ensure sales targets are met. ? Manage department staff in order to meet Sales targets. ? Provide timely feedback and coaching to ensure employees are meeting or exceeding their performance expectations. ? Conduct on-going sales and support training so that our employees have updated product and program knowledge and our customers receive the highest level of service. ? Manage the commission structure and ensure accurate and timely commissions are paid. ? Meet with customers and attend trade shows and industry events as needed. ? Coordinate with internal departments on necessary presence at trade shows. ? Schedule periodic meetings with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded by our products and service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ? 5-10 years of Sales Management experience ? Experience in audio, technology, manufacturing or music industry preferred but not required. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Experience managing a team of 5-10 sales staff. ? Proven project management ability.
