SALES MANAGER will maintain relationships with key accounts and oversee the acquisition of new business. The job will also entail monitoring and controlling company sales and report statuses for sales, lost sales, projected sales, projected profit, margins per sale, design the Sales Department business plan to ensure the accomplishment of company's profit goals.
•Support the Quality system installed by ensuring conformance to procedures and work instructions governing Sales operations.
•Work directly with potential customers and current customers to promote on-going strong relationships that benefit both parties.
•Develop distributors & representatives, monitor performance to sales quotas, train and inform on new products and modifications.
•Produce monthly reports from which the Company's sales performance is ascertained.
•Plan Sales' presence at shows, in magazines, on the Internet, and in catalog's.
•Establish goals, quotas, and forecasts for inside and outside Sales staffs.
•Interface with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Materials departments and contract reviews and acceptance of new sales orders.
•Participate in the Quality Management Review Meetings.
•Assists and helps the efforts of overseas factories to meet delivery schedules.
•Maintain On-time deliveries at 95% or greater of total deliveries.
•Create procedures to support and increase sales volumes.
•Create Annual Departmental budget, monitor department's budget adherence.
