Sales Development Contact Center Manager

Health solutions company is seeking a Sales Development Contact Center Manager to be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of a sales rep team, ensuring that the team meet established sales quotas. Sales Development Contact Center Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and coaching associates on cold calling techniques and phone etiquette. Sales Development Contact Center Manager will make sure all activities and results are recorded on the CRM system. This position is focused on expanding business and establishing new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's products and/or services. Manages daily phone and field activity the Sales Development team. Plans and holds regular SDR sales training. Periodically reviews performance of sales staff and determines avenues for individual and team-oriented growth. Maintains a close liaison and coordinates with marketing personnel regarding new ideas and campaigns. Continuously seeks and identifies new sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 5 years' successful experience as a sales development contact center manager. -Experience managing teams of salespeople with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. -Management experience leading, training and mentoring a sales rep team is required. -Experience in a sales environment focused on outbound calling is required. -Experience with health and life insurance sales a plus. -Must be familiar with CRM systems. Salesforce.com experience is preferred. -Knowledgeable of contact center systems and procedures. -Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
