• This is a Newly Formed Team and is functioning more as an ADVISORY group than just a tester of SOX.

• This Role has ample room for this YOU to grow in to and will offer YOU exceptional experience to the full business operation of the Bank, Face-to-Face time with Executive Management, and will be more closely on the 1st line of defense (differing from internal audit which is the 3rd line).

Job Requirements

Business Process Analyst Requirements:

• 7 + years of IT SOX-related experience (with 3 or more years in a supervisory role)

• Banking and/or financial services experience primarily focused on IT SOX or internal audit, enterprise-wide risk management, and ICOFR controls (preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of IT general controls, IT application controls and the COSO framework, and a baseline understanding of business process controls consulting

• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with successful experience in managing multiple concurrent projects at varying levels of technical difficulty

• Professional certifications are a plus, such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
