SEM Manager

Compensation: $75000.00 to $90000.00 yearly

Perform split testing and serve as the primary stakeholder for conversion funnel improvements.

Create and deliver reports, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and debrief internal and external teams to adjust strategy when necessary.

Review and analyze websites for areas that can be improved and optimized, write powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors, etc.

Perform keyword research to identify and develop a prioritized list of powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.

Implement A/B testing, as well as pre- and post-analysis to provide data-driven insights and optimized solutions.

Assist in the creation of content across a variety of mediums: website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, digital advertisements, video content, etc.

Keep up to date on current industry and SEO strategies

Review our website architecture and digital content (blogs, whitepapers, social media) and make recommendations to optimize our conversion rate from the first visit to a request for a sales meeting.

Recommend strategies to build inbound links and implement those strategies

Develop a paid search advertising program, that includes: Recommended keywords, Bidding strategy, Ad, Proposed budget, Projected results.

Invest time in educating our team in the work that they’re doing and why they’re doing it and empowering other members of the team to implement SEO best practices, particularly in blogs and social media

Conduct all work in strict adherence to search engines’ webmaster guidelines (no Black Hat please!)

Optimize campaigns (audience, keywords) as well as enhancing traffic performance and conversions (UX, optimization tools, A/B testing) 

Track and analyze campaigns (Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Tag Manager)

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Optimize 360, Google Search Console, SEMrush, MOZ

Proven experience in successfully implementing conversion rate optimization, user experience, and search engine optimization best practices

Deep understanding of web optimization tools, affiliate and performance marketing.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus

Ability to learn quickly, demonstrates initiative, and adapt/adjust to shifting priorities

Strong project management and time management skills

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.

Experience in audience tracking and attribution modeling/reporting using a variety of platforms.

Google Ads and Google Analytics certification.
