Retail Digital Transformation Program Manager

Job Description

The Retail Digital Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading a Large Scale Digital eCommerce Program in Japan with a key client of ours. This individual will be responsible working with our client's C level leadership and driving transformational delivery.

**This role will require spending an initial 9-12 months in Japan**
Agile Delivery experience is a must.
Experience in the Retail Apparel industry is highly desirable. In this role you will:

Collaborate with the business, analyze the current state of processes and systems and use that information along with business strategies to formulate a future state process and system design
Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues/risks when appropriate.
Allocate and direct resources to accomplish tasks, and maintain control of schedule(s) and deliverable quality.
Hold delivery accountability to accomplish business objectives with on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality
Articulate vision to project teams to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions that meet the requirements.
Hold responsibility for projects and/or releases including deliverables, cost, schedule, quality and status reporting.
Build best in class delivery team who will consistently meet business outcomes
Qualifications

Experience delivering cloud-based infrastructure at a large scale
Extensive experience and demonstrated success in both application delivery and infrastructure delivery
Proven ability to build and manage a best in class delivery team
Ability to manage outsourced development
Customer Focus -- proven track record of customer satisfaction and delivery success and ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with business and IT stakeholders
Consulting/Problem Solving -- ability to work in an advisory capacity to identify key technical and business problems, develop and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations
Technical Project Management -- expertise in project management including project planning and estimating, project budgeting, staffing, change control, and status reporting
Demonstrated ability to identify a solution from ambiguous data and develop a plan of action to deliver clear business outcomes
