Our client in the Northern Metro is seeking a Residential Operations Manager: ? Oversee staff scheduling and reduce overtime where possible. ? Payroll maintenance. ? Performance reviews. ? Provides programming leadership to Designated Coordinators, particularly during crises to affect an appropriate solution. ? Supervise and participate in the orientation and training of Designated Coordinators House Supervisors. ? Devise programs to develop potential among employees in Designated Coordinator House Supervisor positions. ? Review monthly checklists with Designated Coordinators and offer feedback for improvement to Designated Coordinators and House Supervisors. ? Issue corrective action and performance improvement plans. ? Assist Designated Coordinators/House Supervisors with organizing and prioritizing workloads. ? Lead weekly Designated Coordinator team meeting. ? In coordination with Residential Director and Assistant Residential Director, evaluates program outcomes and participates in quality improvement projects. ? Demonstrate a working knowledge of policies and procedures related to services. ? Demonstrate a working knowledge of all site?s Program Abuse Prevention Plan. Possess cell phone or maintain adequate phone access in order to allow for employee contact.
