is looking for a Program Manager to join the Global Learning and Development Onboarding team to help support global New Hire Orientation projects and initiatives. We are an innovative, cross-departmental, and customer-obsessed team, working to ensure each New Hire has an exceptional onboarding experience. Our vision is to create an employee experience that empowers and energizes Amazonians to invent on behalf of our customers from Day 1.
We are seeking a Program Manager to play a key role in creating a framework and foundation to support New Hire Orientation program, globally. A detail oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills is a must. The successful candidate also has the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, workloads and projects. We are looking for someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to help deliver an exceptional Day 1 experience and someone who has the desire to improve the onboarding process and launch new initiatives.
As an Onboarding Program Manager you will:
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training resources, wiki pages and other tools focused on New Hire Orientation operational processes.
• Provide visibility to outside business partners to performance. This includes providing weekly performance updates and feedback received from event attendees.
• Assist efforts in identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and accelerate acclimation to the company and culture. This includes managing continuous improvement projects and implementing change.
• Partner with global cross functional teams to create a standardized exceptional in person Day 1 experience
