20%: Develop project budget and estimates, develop scope of work and milestone schedule
30%: Manage pre-construction and design development phase (permitting, manage/prepare project bill of materials, run ALL pre-construction meetings for client and internal)
20%: Manage all project financial (change orders, project billing cycle, review/approval of capital expenditures for subs/staffing)
25%: Manage subcontractor relationships (develop bid packages, prepare/negotiate subcontracts)
5%: Manage overall document controls (maintain logs for RFI's, develop detailed status reports)
