Description:
This PM will be working closely with the manager to setup their strategy to rollout Sharepoint to the business units/users.
They currently use Confluence in IT as a collaboration tool and then the business users are still using shared drives. Goal is to get Sharepoint adopted so that at some point in the future they can retire the shared drives. She does want someone that knows Sharepoint, not from a technical level, but understands it’s capabilities, what it offers, essentially can create communication and documentation to the business on why Sharepoint would be a great tool for collaborative efforts. Sharepoint is implemented from a technical standpoint, so wouldn’t need to manage any IT resources or the technical rollout. Very much a planning, strategy, communication, change management focused role.
Overall Job Duties:

-Create written communication and presentations for business leaders and users
-Develop process on how a business leader/users would request a Sharepoint site to be created
-Interface with IT Leaders and provide them information they can share with business leaders
Must have managed a rollout: O365, Windows 10, etc.
