- 5-7 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design.
- SketchUp proficiency
- Interest in working for a non architecture firm that partners with them
- Adobe Creative Suite
AutoCAD/Revit is a plus due to working with Firms in these programs.
My client is seeking a Project Manager to joing there talented team of design professionals. This individual will work closely with the project management team, designers and studio leads.
Candidates should be detail oriented, self-motivated and possess strong communication and organization skills. The ideal candidate should experience in project or account management. Experience should include building and maintaining project schedules and budgets, managing project scope, managing project projections and billing, managing design team work flow and have knowledge of the design and construction process.
Candidates need to think spatially. They will be required to follow the architectural design process to work with the architecture firms, however they are always a step behind. They will help manage hand sketches, detailing, interior design, signange, wayfinding, donor walls, floor patterns, space planning, conceptual thematic points of view, site visits, and meetings.
